Physical Therapist

Job Summary

Come work with a growing multi-disciplinary, insurance-based therapy practice located in Studio City.

We're looking for a part-time Physical Therapist to work with our team of OTs and STs. Our ideal candidate will have experience working with adult populations and be capable of evaluating and treating movement dysfunction to help our patients restore or improve physical function.

Requirements

-Proven work experience as a physical therapist and licensed in California

-Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy

-Clinical expertise evaluating and treating patients; experience with Parkinson's patients is a plus

-Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities and needs

-Collaborative, professional approach with excellent interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

-Document evaluations and treatment appointments using EHR software Simple Practice

-Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs

-Offer effective treatments that help improve patients' motion and mobility

-Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques

-Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs

-Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions

-Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally

-Communicate with other therapists, including OTs and STs, as part of a care team

Pay: $65.00 - $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
