Overview
We are seeking experienced
Senior Full Stack Developers
to join a growing technology team focused on developing and enhancing enterprise web applications and digital solutions. This role is ideal for developers who thrive in complex environments, enjoy mentoring junior team members, and can contribute to technical strategy while remaining hands-on with development.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across both front-end and back-end development and be capable of designing scalable, high-performance solutions from conception through deployment. Candidates should also embrace modern software development practices, including the use of AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and web services.
- Build scalable front-end and back-end solutions based on business requirements and UX/UI designs.
- Participate throughout the full software development lifecycle from concept through deployment and support.
- Develop responsive and user-focused web applications using modern front-end frameworks.
- Create efficient, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
- Collaborate with development teams to establish coding standards and technical best practices.
- Evaluate and improve application performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across multiple environments.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and AI-driven development practices.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience with:
- C#
- React
- .NET Framework
- .NET Core / .NET 5-8
- ASP.NET MVC
- .NET Web API
- Entity Framework
- Microsoft SQL Server (2017 and newer)
- DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture principles.
- Experience building scalable, enterprise-level web applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-powered development tools such as:
- GitHub Copilot
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Similar AI-assisted development platforms
- Experience with:
- Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Microservices
- Digital signing and electronic document solutions
- Third-party UI and document-processing controls such as Telerik and Foxit
