Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN PM

Sign-On Bonus: You will be eligible to receive a total sign-on bonus of $2,400, paid in four installments of $600 each. Payments will be made upon completion of 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months of employment, in accordance with company policy.:

• Full- Time 6:00pm-6:00am Rotating Weekends
• Full- Time 6:00pm-6:00am Rotating Weekends
• Full -Time 11:30am -7:30pm shift Rotating Weekends (Admission Nurse):

Pay starts at:

$39 per hour:

Plus an additional:

$2 PM and Night shift hours differential:

10% Weekend Differential:

• What you bring to the table:
• RN License in good standing in Illinois
• Long-term Care experience (Preferred)
• Caring and compassionate nature
• Possess strong computer skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform ongoing assessments and observations of the residents
• Dispensing and recording of all medications accurately
• Carrying out all physicians orders accurately
• Ensures that the care of the residents from CNA's and nurse is delivered appropriately
