About the Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Harrisonburg, Virginia team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who enjoys working with children, values strong relationships with families, and wants the freedom to provide thoughtful, individualized care.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have strong clinical skills, experience working with a diverse pediatric population, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
What You'll Do
- Provide individualized occupational therapy evaluations and treatment to pediatric patients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on each child's unique needs and goals.
- Address areas such as fine motor skills, visual-motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, activities of daily living, motor coordination, and functional participation.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment as clinically appropriate.
- Provide caregiver education and home program recommendations to promote carryover outside of therapy.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the child's care.
- Collaborate with SLP and PT team members when appropriate.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Provide high-quality, family-centered care while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
- Build positive relationships with children and families in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Qualifications
- Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current, active, and unrestricted Virginia Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
- Current NBCOT certification (OTR).
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
- Strong clinical reasoning and treatment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with children, parents/caregivers, and other professionals.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative member of a multidisciplinary team.
Schedule
Full-time and flexible scheduling options available.
Therapists have significant input into their schedules, allowing for flexibility while maintaining consistency for patients and families.

Pay: $45. 00 - $54. 00 per hour
