Overview

We are seeking a Software Engineer to help build a modern application that enables Spectrum Reach sales teams to create data-driven proposals for multi-screen advertising campaigns. The platform will unify existing tools into a seamless experience, leveraging audience insights and proprietary data to deliver intelligent, tailored recommendations for clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Angular, Node.js, and Python.
• Build scalable APIs, services, and user interfaces that support proposal generation workflows.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to create a unified user experience.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in system design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Support Agile development practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:

+ Angular

+ Node. js

+ Python

• Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience working within Agile development teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Experience working with Snowflake.
• Experience building cloud-native or enterprise-scale applications.
• Familiarity with data integration and analytics platforms.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is 55-65/hr.

Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
