Duties
- Provide individualized therapy tailored to each child and family's unique needs, incorporating early intervention best practices.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to educate them on strategies to support their child's development at home and in everyday routines.
- Monitor progress regularly, adjusting therapy approaches as needed to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of developmental milestones.
- Document therapy sessions, assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately in compliance with agency standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid licensure or registration as a Pennsylvania Physical Therapist
- Demonstrated experience working with pediatric populations
- Strong knowledge of pediatric development principles.
- Additional skills in home & community care experience

Pay: $78.00 - $92.00 per hour
