Skin Health Forever Dermatology Center is a growing dermatology practice dedicated to providing comprehensive medical, cosmetic, and wellness services. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our team and support the continued growth of our dermatology, aesthetics, and wellness programs.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background with experience and a genuine interest in medical dermatology, aesthetic medicine, and wellness services. This individual should be comfortable evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, performing cosmetic procedures within their scope of practice, and helping expand our wellness offerings.

We are looking for someone who is clinically confident, personable, entrepreneurial, and passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience. This position will work in both our South Tampa and Brandon locations.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Dermatology

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common dermatologic conditions.
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide ongoing patient education, follow-up care, and treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with supervising/collaborating physicians and the clinical team.

Aesthetic Medicine

• Perform cosmetic consultations and develop personalized aesthetic treatment plans.
• Provide neurotoxin treatments (Botox, Xeomin, Jeuveau) and other injectable services, as appropriately trained and credentialed.
• Evaluate patients for aesthetic services and recommend appropriate treatment options.
• Educate patients on skincare, treatment expectations, and maintenance.
• Support the growth and development of the practice's cosmetic service offerings.

Wellness Services

• Conduct wellness consultations and patient assessments.
• Develop individualized wellness plans based on patient goals and clinical needs.
• Provide education and guidance related to wellness, weight management, and healthy lifestyle goals.
• Participate in the development and expansion of wellness programs and services.
• Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing support and follow-up.

Patient Experience & Practice Growth

• Build strong, lasting relationships with patients.
• Deliver a high level of professionalism, compassion, and customer service.
• Identify opportunities to educate patients about appropriate medical, cosmetic, and wellness services.
• Support marketing initiatives, patient retention, and the continued growth of the practice.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Active Florida APRN license in good standing.
• Master's degree or higher in Nursing.
• Previous experience in dermatology, aesthetic medicine, and/or wellness.
• Demonstrated experience with cosmetic treatments and neurotoxin injections strongly preferred.
• Experience with wellness consultations, weight management, and/or integrative wellness services preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Interest in contributing to the growth and development of an expanding practice.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
