Senior Oracle Business Systems Analyst – Manufacturing & Supply Chain

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Oracle Business Systems Analyst to join an established US organisation undergoing a significant Oracle transformation.

We are looking for someone with strong Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Manufacturing expertise to support and enhance existing applications while playing a key role in the phased transition to Oracle Fusion Cloud.

This is an excellent opportunity to combine hands-on Oracle Manufacturing expertise with involvement in upcoming Cloud transformation projects, including a planned Oracle PLM migration. Key Responsibilities:* Support, maintain, and enhance Oracle EBS Manufacturing applications and business processes.

• Provide functional expertise across core Manufacturing modules, particularly BOM, WIP, Inventory, and Cost Management.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement and Planning teams to understand requirements and deliver improvements.
• Lead functional analysis, configuration, testing, troubleshooting and system enhancements.
• Support integrations across Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement and Planning.
• Contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation initiatives, including the upcoming PLM migration.
• Identify opportunities to optimise processes and improve system performance.

Skills & Experience:Essential:* Strong functional experience with Oracle EBS Manufacturing.

• Hands-on knowledge of several core modules, such as:

+ Bill of Materials (BOM)

+ Work in Process (WIP)

+ Inventory (INV)

+ Cost Management (CST)

+ Manufacturing Planning / MRP

+ Purchasing / Procurement (PO)

• Good understanding of end-to-end Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes.
• Previous experience as an Oracle Business Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:* Oracle Fusion Cloud, particularly Demand Planning or Supply Planning.

• Oracle Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Oracle Engineering, Quality or Order Management.
• Experience supporting Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud migrations.

Please note

Strong Oracle EBS Manufacturing experience is the key requirement. You do not need experience across every module listed, and previous Fusion Cloud experience is not essential.
