This is a pay-per-service position. Rates are $150 per evaluation. Must have_ SOME _daytime availability (typically between 8:30am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri).

SJ & Associates is an established NYS Early Intervention and Preschool Developmental

Services agency that has been treating and evaluating children with developmental delays since 1995. We are looking for a part-time NYS Occupational Therapist to conduct in-person evaluations with Early Intervention (birth-2) aged children and Preschool aged children in Middletown, NY and surrounding areas. This job also entails completing reports, submitting paperwork & collaborating with colleagues, caregivers, therapists and administrators.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

● Valid NYS Occupational Therapy License

● Reliable

● Ability to work with children with different learning needs

● Friendly & nurturing disposition

*Must know how to use Google applications
