Role: UX Designer

Location - Plano TX (Onsite)

• We are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer with 10+ years of experience in designing intuitive, customer centric, and digital first experiences across web and mobile banking platforms.
• The role is responsible for creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, design systems, and customer journey maps that deliver seamless user experiences across payments, lending, servicing, and account management functions.
• The UX Designer will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to understand business objectives and refine customer requirements into effective design solutions.
• This position involves conducting usability testing, analyzing customer feedback, and continuously enhancing user experiences to improve customer adoption and satisfaction.
• The ideal candidate will develop responsive and accessible designs aligned with WCAG standards, ensuring consistency and usability across digital channels.
• Working closely with React development teams, the UX Designer will ensure accurate implementation of design specifications while leveraging tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and modern design frameworks.
• Experience designing banking, financial services, fintech, or auto finance applications is highly preferred, along with a strong focus on driving digital transformation and customer engagement through exceptional user experience design.
