AIOps, Intelligent Operations & Service Reliability

• 12+ years of experience in technology delivery, infrastructure operations, service management, observability, automation or related disciplines, including significant leadership of complex enterprise programs.
• Demonstrated success as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Delivery Manager, Service Transformation Lead, IT Operations Manager or equivalent senior role.
• Hands-on experience shaping or delivering AIOps, observability, intelligent incident management, automation or AI-assisted support initiatives in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management and operations practices, including incident, major incident, problem, change, event, knowledge, service level and continual improvement management.
• Ability to engage credibly with engineers and architects while also communicating outcomes, risks and investment choices to senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience managing distributed teams, third parties and platform vendors across multiple technical workstreams.
• Working understanding of cloud and hybrid infrastructure, APIs, data integration, security, privacy, resiliency and production support controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred Credentials

• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, SAFe, Scrum or comparable program/agile delivery certification.
• ITIL 4 Foundation, Managing Professional or equivalent service-management credential.
• ServiceNow certifications aligned to ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery or platform implementation.
• Cloud certification from Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud; SRE, observability, automation, data or AI credentials are advantageous.
