Exercises daily

Gets dressed daily

Drinks nutritional drinks for her nutrition

Enjoys watching the Guardians, Cavs, AGT, and Family Feud

Enjoys listening to Frank Sinatra music

Makes the nurses laugh!!

Has CKD, HF,

Has cameras throughout the home

Nurses:

IS AN RN AS ONLY RN'S WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THESE SHIFTS

Monitors vitals

Monitors/documents fluid intake and gives her nutritional drinks

Monitors/ documents fluid output

Cares for her safety

Gets report from outgoing shift and reads daily log of notes

Dresses her in the am / Gets her ready for bed in pm

Administers medications

Does exercises with her plus ensures she does her lung exercises

Wears a mask (we supply) covering nose and mouth at all times

Wears shoes coverings (we supply) or strictly house shoes

Notifies daughter of any concerns

Multiple caregivers per shift for scheduling purposes

Wears a smile and knows how to joke and have fun
