You will also support team development, maintain operational records, address delivery challenges, and help identify opportunities to improve processes and service quality.

We value strong organizational skills, clear communication, sound judgment, and a hands-on approach to leadership. Candidates with relevant logistics, operations, coordination, or supervisory experience are encouraged to apply. We also welcome individuals with transferable management experience who are motivated to learn our processes and grow with the team.

Our goal is to create a collaborative and inclusive work environment where people can contribute their ideas, develop professionally, and work together toward shared business objectives.

  • Prepare and review reports related to shipments, delivery schedules, costs, and team performance.
  • Support logistics budgeting and monitor transportation and operational expenses.
  • Help evaluate service providers and coordinate with partners to maintain reliable service and competitive costs.
  • Ensure that logistics activities follow company procedures, contractual requirements, and applicable safety standards.
  • Maintain organized records and support accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce avoidable costs, and improve service quality.
  • Respond to unexpected operational challenges and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to support business goals, resource planning, and logistics strategy.
  • Perform other related duties as needed to support the company's logistics operations.
