We are looking for an experienced

Full Stack Java Technical

Lead

with strong hands-on experience in Java backend development and React.js frontend development. The ideal candidate will have proven technical leadership experience and the ability to work effectively with onsite and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications.
• Develop scalable backend services using Java, J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Build responsive and scalable frontend applications using React.js and Redux.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Apply Object-Oriented Design principles and common design patterns.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift for application deployment and management.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, testing, and production support.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore development teams in an Agile environment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development team members.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.
• Strong hands-on experience with

Java, Spring, and Spring Boot

.

• Strong experience with

React.js and Redux

.

• Strong JavaScript experience.
• Experience developing

REST APIs and microservices

.

• Experience with

Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift

.

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
• Experience working with onsite/offshore teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Kafka
• GitLab
• ELK / Logging
• jQuery and AJAX
• JSON, HTML, and CSS
• Insurance domain experience
