We are a fast-growing, 8(a) certified technology consulting firm specializing in program management, digital transformation, Machine Learning/ Artificial Intelligence (AI/ML), cloud solutions, data analytics, cybersecurity, and mission-critical IT services for both public and private sectors clients. We are seeking a dynamic and people focused IT Project Manager with expertise in Program/Project Operations.

Selected IT PM will join our existing team on a high profile and critical infrastructure public sector program.

Position Summary

We are looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager with strong focus on Operations with a proven track record of working on and leading large scale technology and infrastructure related programs The ideal candidate will have 10 plus years of project management and expert level understanding IT projects and operations.

In the selection process, a strong emphasis will be placed on candidate's strong communication skills (verbal and written), ability to work with cross functional teams (internal and external to the project), individually own key pieces of the complex program schedule, and play a key role in managing all activities related to quarterly public facing goverment meetings.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of Project Management (PM) experience demonstrating mastery of the PM principles, methods, techniques and tools. The PM must be able to demonstrate at least two successful IT project implementations.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to information technology, telecommunications, project management, business administration, or other related field.
• Valid and current PMP certification
• Experience on one (1) or more large (greater than $500 Million), complex (involving 3 or more government entities), broadband, telecommunications or technology infrastructure projects or programs.
• Direct experience in a large-scale broadband infrastructure project.
• Experience with ZOHO CRM
• Experience with Primavera P6 Scheduling

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary depending on experience and qualifications

The selected PM will be responsible for, and is expected to demonstrate project management skills and experience in, managing activities directly related to initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of this effort. Areas of anticipated effort include:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $170,000. 00 - $180,000. 00 per year
