Sign Designer / Client Project Manager

Signs2U is a locally owned sign design and manufacturing company that has served the Treasure Valley since 2007\. We're the only 3M Certified Graphics company in southern Idaho, and we produce everything from dimensional letters and monument signs to vehicle wraps, window graphics, and ADA signage for local businesses, commercial developers, and government clients.

We're looking for a **Graphic Designer / Project Manager** who brings strong design skills and wants to own client projects from start to finish. Design is the heart of this role: you'll create sign layouts, wraps, and graphics in Adobe Illustrator. You'll also be the client's main point of contact.

You'll greet customers, answer inquiries, prepare quotes, and manage each project through production and installation. If you want to see your designs built and installed around town, and you like working directly with clients, this is a great fit.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

• Create sign, wrap, and graphic layouts in Adobe Illustrator
• Build client proofs and make revisions based on feedback
• Prepare print\-ready and cut\-ready files for our production team
• Greet walk\-in customers, answer incoming calls, and respond to website inquiries
• Prepare quotes and track jobs in our shop management system (shopVOX)
• Manage your own accounts and projects from initial inquiry through installation and invoicing
• Coordinate with our production and install crews to keep jobs on schedule
• Schedule installations and keep clients updated on timelines and completion

**WHAT YOU BRING**

• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator; Photoshop and InDesign are a plus
• A portfolio that shows clean layout, typography, and logo work
• Friendly, professional communication with clients, in person and on the phone
• Strong organization and follow\-through; you can juggle multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfort with the business side of the work: quoting, scheduling, and keeping projects moving
• A degree or coursework in graphic design, or equivalent experience
• Experience in a sign, print, or wrap shop, or in a customer\-facing design role, is a plus but not required

**WHAT TO EXPECT**

This is a busy, fast\-paced role with a real learning curve. You'll be designing while also managing clients and projects, so no two days look the same. We'll train you on the sign industry, quoting, and our project process, and we'll ramp you up to a full account load gradually, with support from experienced PMs who've done this job for years.

Pay: $23\. 00 \- $27\. 00 per hour
