Position Summary

The Physical Therapist provides care to outpatient inpatient and short-term rehab swing bed patients This role offers a diverse caseload and the opportunity to deliver high-quality care without unrealistic productivity demands

Schedule

• PRN as needed
• Flexible scheduling based on department needs

What You Will Do

• Provide physical therapy services across outpatient inpatient and swing bed settings
• Deliver high quality care to short term rehab patients
• Participate in quality improvement activities and training
• Maintain safety and regulatory standards for patient care
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Michigan Physical Therapist license
• CPR certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous rehab or outpatient experience preferred
