- Manage the adjuster relationship on your jobs from first scope through approvals, supplements and final close
- Write and review contents estimates, and drive invoicing and collections to completion
- Choose the right cleaning and restoration method for each material and type of damage, including soft goods and textiles
- Oversee warehouse storage, inventory control and move-back logistics
- Track labor, material and transport costs against estimate and act early when a job drifts
- Inspect completed work before it goes back to the customer
- Hire, train and coach technicians and crew leads; build repeatable processes as volume grows
What you bring
- 4+ years in contents restoration, textile cleaning or a closely related field
- Experience supervising field crews and managing multiple jobs at once
- Working knowledge of contents pricing and insurance claim documentation
- Comfort with inventory and estimating software
- Clear, professional communication with homeowners, adjusters and property managers
- Strong organization and follow-through
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Nice to have
- IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, OCT, or similar)
- Xactimate / XactContents experience
- iCAT, ENCIRCLE or a comparable digital inventory platform
- Large-loss or commercial contents experience
