Social Media Manager

We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy social media manager who knows how to make Instagram content people actually want to watch.

We want someone who understands internet culture, has a great eye for aesthetics, and knows how to turn everyday salon moments into engaging, high-quality content.

What You'll Do

• Visit our salon once a week to film content for Instagram Reels.
• Edit, create, schedule, and publish engaging Reels, Stories, and posts.
• Stay ahead of Instagram trends, viral sounds, memes, and internet culture.
• Develop creative marketing ideas that showcase our stylists, services, and salon atmosphere.
• Grow our Instagram following, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Create content that attracts new clients and builds excitement around our salon.
• Track performance and continuously improve our content strategy.

What We're Looking For

• Deep understanding of Instagram, especially Reels and its algorithm.
• Strong video filming and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Excellent sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and visual branding.
• Fluent in current social media trends, memes, humor, and internet slang.
• Creative, self-motivated, and able to produce content independently.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and audience growth.
• Portfolio demonstrating your content creation and editing abilities.

Beauty industry experience is a plus, but creativity, skill, and results matter far more than formal education or credentials.

Schedule & Compensation

Flexible schedule with one required on-site content filming session per week. Editing, planning, and posting can be done remotely.

We're willing to pay premium rates for exceptional talent. Compensation is negotiable based on skills, experience, portfolio, and proven results.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 5.0 per week
