We’re looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our software team and help shape the user experience of our next generation of security products.

The UI/UX Designer will design, build, test, maintain, and continuously improve user experiences for our security industry products. This role combines creativity, technology, problem-solving, and collaboration to create high-quality, functional, intuitive, and visually appealing products.

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in Design or relevant field or 2–5 years of proven work experience in creating and implementing UI/UX design.
  • Excellent typing, telephone, and customer relations skills.
  • Good time-management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects quickly and efficiently.
  • Detailed and accurate with strong organizational skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible outcome.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Portfolio of design projects.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe XD, Figma, Webflow, or similar.
  • Some experience with HTML and CSS.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, illustrate, animate, build, maintain, and improve the UI/UX of DMP products.
  • Conduct testing to assess user experience.
  • Develop UI mockups that clearly illustrate the desired UX.
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements.
  • Work with engineers on design implementation.
  • Create and maintain original graphic designs and icon library and font.
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders, and conduct adjustments based on user feedback.
  • Collaborate on and adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
  • Continued education and research into UI trends and current design strategy and technology.
  • Utilize task management tools such as Confluence and Jira to update and track project progress.
  • Observe and adhere to the DMP Data Classification Policy.
