Second Wave Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient practice serving communities throughout Ventura County. What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
• Treat a variety of orthopedic conditions and select neurological diagnoses
• Provide hands-on treatment and therapeutic exercise interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and referring providers as needed
• Document patient progress using electronic medical records
• Prepare discharge summaries and outcome reports
• Delegate appropriate tasks to rehabilitation technicians
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants in accordance with state regulations
• Contribute to a positive and team-oriented clinic culture

Clinical Schedule

• Approximately 1–2 patients per hour
• 60-minute initial evaluations
• 30-minute follow-up treatment sessions
• Focus on quality patient interactions rather than high-volume scheduling

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required

Location

Positions are available across multiple Ventura County clinic locations. Candidates should be able to reliably commute to their assigned clinic.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
