About this role
Retail Marketing Manager, North America (Wholesale) Location: San Juan Capistrano, CA (HQ) | Reports to: Marketing Director | Type: Full-time (on-site) About Seager and this opportunity Seager started in 2015 with a few friends who loved the outdoors, the rugged spirit of the Old West and the easy rhythm of Southern California. No outside money, no shortcuts. Just good people building something real.
That's still how we work. The Seager world is a way of seeing things: grit, craft, community, a cold drink and a good story around the fire. Our wholesale partners build this world with us, side by side, the same way we started: a group of friends who care about doing things right.
They aren't accounts to us. They're collaborators who share our values, and we build best when we build together. We're hiring a Retail Marketing Manager to lead that partnership across North America.
You'll be the person who helps our partners bring Seager to life in ways that feel true to us, true to them and true to the communities we serve. How this role contributes You'll be the connection between Marketing, Commercial and our partners, making sure Seager shows up with one voice at every commercial touchpoint, in store and online. You'll answer to the Marketing Director for results.
Own Seager's in-store presence. You'll run our fixture, signage, point-of-purchase and branded merchandise programs end to end: what we make, which partners get it, how it ships and how it's set. You'll manage the vendors behind it and turn seasonal creative into merchandising guides a store team can actually follow.
Arm our sales team. You'll partner with Sales to build sell-in tools and line presentations, and equip reps with the stories, materials and priority messaging they need in every account meeting. Make support simple.
You'll build one clear method for partners and reps to request marketing support, materials and co-op, with set turnaround times and consistent rules by partner tier. Equip partners online. You'll manage the digital requests that come in from retailers (imagery, product content, social assets, web banners and email content).
Each season, you'll build and send a digital toolkit with ready-to-use photos, copy, social posts and guidelines so partners can tell the Seager story on their own channels, and you'll tie that activity to our own so everyone shares in the visibility and traffic we create. Deliver the Seager world, authentically.
You'll work with strategic partners and their communities to create hyper-local gatherings, collaborations, in-store events and storytelling that capture who we are, without cookie-cutter programs. Every partner is unique, and the best work reflects both of us. Launch together.
You'll work with Sales, Product, Creative and E-Commerce so every seasonal release reaches partners with the right story, the right timing and real backing. Choose partners who fit, and protect what we've built. You'll help define and evolve our partner network, from flagship specialty shops to regional outfitters to Western and outdoor retailers, so we invest in relationships built on shared values and long-term growth.
We don't chase saturation, and you'll keep distribution thoughtful and the brand authentic wherever it appears. Listen, learn and adjust. You'll gather partner feedback, track sell-through, reorders and the health of each relationship, and use what you learn to make the next move better, together.

We care more about what you've done than where you've been.
