About Apex Vitality Apex Vitality is a diagnostics-driven performance and longevity clinic in Charlestown, located inside a 50,000 sq ft high-performance fitness facility. We serve both men and women, including a large and growing female clientele, and every treatment plan starts with real data.

Our services include hormone optimization (TRT/HRT), peptide therapy, medical weight loss (GLP-1 medications), IV therapy, aesthetics, shockwave therapy, regenerative and recovery treatments, advanced blood testing, and a full on-site diagnostic suite: DEXA body composition, VO₂ max, and resting metabolic rate testing.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Clinical Director to lead our clinic. This is a true leadership role, not just a provider seat. You’ll be the clinical authority for the practice, lead our nursing team, and help shape our programs as we grow, including men’s health, women’s health and hormone care, and diagnostics-driven longevity programs.

You’ll see patients both in person at our Charlestown clinic and by telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations and follow-ups, in person and via telehealth
• Manage hormone therapy (TRT/HRT), peptide protocols, and GLP-1 weight loss programs for men and women
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostics (including DEXA, VO₂ max, and metabolic testing), manage prescriptions, and refine treatment plans
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision for the nursing team
• Establish and approve clinical protocols, standing orders, and treatment pathways
• Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Partner with Apex leadership on program development, patient experience, and clinic growth
• Participate in occasional events, trainings, and community outreach

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
• Active DEA registration and Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration (or ability to obtain before start), required for testosterone prescribing
• Required: hands-on experience managing hormone therapy (TRT and/or HRT)
• Required: hands-on experience with peptide therapy
• Experience with GLP-1 medications and metabolic medicine strongly preferred
• Women’s health and hormone experience a plus
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing or supervising nurses
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Passion for performance medicine, longevity, and data-driven care

Schedule

• Part-time to start, with a clear path to full-time as the clinic grows
• In-person clinic days in Charlestown plus telehealth
• Occasional weekend hours

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Per diem

Pay: $4,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
