Solution Designer - (US Based. No Visa)
About this role
Employer-provided description, formatted for easier reading.
You'll own what gets built and how it lands with clients, from the first conversation to go-live. AI does most of the building, so the most important work is yours. You'll understand the client's business, specify exactly what to build, and make sure it works for the people using it.
About Saralux
Saralux is the publisher of M360 Suite, a unified platform built on Oracle NetSuite. We've rebuilt how we design, build, and support our product around AI, and this role sits at the center of that new model.
How we build
Everything we build starts as a written spec, which the team clarifies until nothing is left to guess. Our AI software factory, built on Claude, then does most of the building and testing. People direct every stage and review everything that ships.
Each product team has three people: a Solution Designer, a Senior Developer, and an Associate Solution Designer. All three stay involved from the first conversation through support, with one person leading each stage. The people who design the product also test it, launch it, and support it, so nothing gets lost in a handoff.
What you'll do
- Run discovery with clients and define what we build: the requirements, workflows, and screens.
- Lead implementations from configuration and training through go-live.
- Work alongside your team through development, testing, and support, and approve the product before it reaches the client.
- Act as the client's main point of contact and own the delivery plan.
What you bring
Few people have worked this way yet, and that's fine. You'll need:
- 3+ years leading software implementations end to end, ideally on membership, CRM, or ERP platforms.
- Strong requirements skills: you can run discovery, map a process, and turn it into a spec a team can build from without chasing you.
- Precise writing. In this model the spec is the blueprint, so clarity matters more than polish.
- Good judgment about screens and workflows. You can explain why a design will be easy to use, even if you're not a visual designer.
- Client presence: you lead workshops, train users at every level, and raise problems early.
- Comfort using AI tools for real work, and the curiosity to get much better at it.
Nice to have
- Experience with membership or association management.
- A background as a business analyst, product owner, or product manager.
- Familiarity with NetSuite customization, such as custom records, workflows, and SuiteScript, enough to talk through trade-offs with developers.
- Experience with spec-driven development, or with Claude or similar AI tools.
- UX training, or experience with a design system such as Oracle Redwood.
What we offer
- A seat at the front of how software is built now: small teams, written specs, and an AI software factory.
- Real ownership. You take the product from first conversation to go-live and see the results.
- A collaborative team where your expertise shapes both the product and the process.
- Growth opportunities in a company that values innovation and client success.
- Stable work/life balance.
