Associate Solution Designer - (US Based. No Visa)

You'll make sure what we build works for the people who use it, and keep it working after go-live. You'll lead QA and support on a small team where AI does most of the building. Along the way, you'll learn every stage of the product lifecycle, on a path toward the Solution Designer role.

Saralux is the publisher of M360 Suite, a unified platform built on Oracle NetSuite. We've rebuilt how we design, build, and support our product around AI, and this role was created for that new model.

How we build

Everything we build starts as a written spec, which the team clarifies until nothing is left to guess. Our AI software factory, built on Claude, then does most of the building and testing. People direct every stage and review everything that ships.

Each product team has three people: a Solution Designer, a Senior Developer, and you. All three stay involved from the first conversation through support, with one person leading each stage. The people who design the product also test it, launch it, and support it, so nothing gets lost in a handoff.

What you'll do

• Lead QA, using AI-assisted tools to make sure what we build does what the client needs before it reaches them.
• Lead client support after go-live: triage issues, answer questions, and see fixes through.
• Work alongside the Solution Designer and Senior Developer from discovery through implementation.

What you bring

This is an early-career role. You'll need:

• 1–3 years in software QA, application support, implementation, or business analysis. Strong internships or projects count.
• A tester's instinct: you notice what's missing, ask “what if,” and aren't satisfied until you've tried to break it.
• Clear, precise writing: test scenarios, defect reports, and support answers people can act on.
• Patience and warmth with users who are frustrated or new to the software.
• The ability to learn a complex product quickly.
• Curiosity about AI tools and an interest in directing them to do real work.

Nice to have

• NetSuite experience as a user, administrator, or support analyst.
• Exposure to test planning, test automation, or user acceptance testing.
• Experience in help desk or client support.
• Hands-on use of Claude or similar AI tools.
