Job description

About this role

The opportunity

The Living Temple is a global Sacred Feminine community with one mission: to restore the Sacred Feminine on the planet. Founded by Sarah Jenks and Kelly Taveras, we initiate women onto their soul's path and support them in staying on it, through ceremony, retreats and inner work. We are on our way to becoming a household name, known around the world as the leading Sacred Feminine spiritual company.

The momentum is here and we are looking for the person who will carry it further.

In this role you will own organic social media for The Living Temple and grow our account into the place women find their way to us.

You’ll run the whole function as a system. You know what is working, you double down on it, you amplify voices you believe in, and you are accountable for the results every week. This is a seat for a builder who wants to join a mission and weave their skills into this growing web.

How the engine works

Sarah and Kelly's voices are the source of everything we publish. You will not write our messaging or design our offers. Your job is to take Sarah and Kelly's raw voices further and wider than they have ever gone, without losing a drop of them, and to turn that reach into revenue.

Reach that does not convert is not the goal. Every week, this content has to bring in leads and low-ticket sales for the company.

The loop you will own:

  • Source.

Most of your raw material already exists

Sarah and Kelly's weekly Moon Day transmission, recorded calls, retreat and ceremony footage, and what Sarah and Kelly are already teaching. You build the system to capture, document and reuse it.

  • Prompt. When new material is needed, you send Sarah and Kelly casual prompts to speak to on Instagram stories, based on what is performing, or request short audio messages.
  • Test. Stories and trial reels are the testing ground. You watch which topics, hooks and angles land.
  • Scale. Winners become reels, grid posts and fresh story sequences that drive leads and low-ticket sales.
  • Learn. You track what won, add it to our library of winning hooks, topics and formulas, and feed it into next week's prompts.

Founder time is our scarcest resource. Sarah and Kelly are available for face-to-camera and prompts, but you ask for it only when it is the highest-leverage option. We are not reinventing the wheel.

Your lens is: what is already working, and how do we get even better at it?

What you own

You own the social media function end to end and the results it produces.

Organic leads and low-ticket sales. You are accountable for the organic numbers on the Weekly Pulse below, every week. You report what moved, why, and what you are changing.

The winning-content library. You own our record of winning hooks, topics and formulas. You decide, with data, what we repeat, remix or retire.

If a format is not performing, you bring the evidence and recommend the change.

The weekly organic content pipeline. You make the content yourself. You design grid posts, carousels and stories in Canva from our approved brand templates, cut simple reels, write captions and story scripts, and schedule and publish everything across The Living Temple account and, while we cross-post, Sarah Jenks' account.

Everything ready for Wednesday approval, on time.

Paid creative production. Winners get a second life as ads. You produce the creative for our paid campaigns from the Head of Growth’s briefs: reformatted organic winners, fresh hooks on proven concepts, and statics for retargeting and deadline campaigns.

You own creative output, quality and turnaround. Ad strategy, campaign management and paid performance stay with the Head of Growth.

Video editing VA. Your VA edits the more advanced reels, not everything. You direct the work within a set budget, set turnaround standards and timelines, and track cost per finished reel.

Comments and DMs. You reply to comments and DMs daily, so every person who raises a hand gets a response. You do not sell in the DMs.

You also write the copy for keyword DM flows, which our marketing operations lead builds.

Testimonial harvesting. The best proof in the company sits forgotten in the DMs. When a member shares a win or a result in a message, you add it to our testimonial database, with her name and the date, as part of your weekly DM rhythm.

In your first 30 days, you run one AI-assisted sweep of past messages to pull the wins already sitting in the inbox into the database.

The content calendar. You protect it. If a new request would break it, you raise it and show what would have to move, so the team decides together.

The AI system. You build our Organic Lead AI seat. It does not exist yet.

You decide how AI employees fit into your workflow so you hit your numbers. Nobody gets credit for using a lot of AI, only for the results it helps produce. Claude amplifies the message you steward.

It never replaces Sarah and Kelly's voices or flattens them.

Our designer creates the brand templates in Canva and builds sales pages. You produce the day-to-day content from those templates.

The Weekly Pulse

Success is measured by two numbers: organic leads and organic low-ticket buyers.

Our goal over the next six months is to increase organic leads from 100 to 500 per week, representing 5X growth. During that same period, we aim to increase organic low-ticket buyers from 50 to 120 per month, representing 2.4X growth.

You will also track the signals that drive these numbers.

During live launches, we may set different campaign objectives for those weeks. We agree on those targets together before each launch.

Your first 90 days

By day 90, you are running the full loop with minimal oversight and telling us what raw material you need more of.

By day 30

  • You have asked a lot of questions. You understand our reader, our offers and Sarah and Kelly's voices.
  • You have reviewed the last 90 days of performance and named the hooks, topics and formats to double down on.
  • Claude is connected in your workflow, and the first version of your Organic Lead seat is built.
  • You have proposed a closed-loop system from idea to published to feedback, and we have agreed on it.
  • VA has an AI-assisted editing workflow with clear turnaround standards.

By day 60

  • The weekly loop runs on schedule: Sarah and Kelly's source material and story prompts in, approved content out, every Wednesday.
  • Your content has been approved with zero changes for two consecutive weeks.
  • The winning-content library is live and updated weekly.

By day 90

  • You are prompting Sarah and Kelly with topics based on what the data shows is landing.
  • You run the content calendar and publishing schedule with minimal oversight.
  • Organic leads are at about 250 per week, on track for 500 by month 6.
  • You have brought and implemented at least three ideas that improved our results.

Who you are

You are an owner. You want a number to be accountable for, and you would rather show results than describe activity.

  • Results on your record. You have grown leads or sales from organic social for a brand or business, and you can show us the numbers.
  • A strong visual eye. You know what stops the scroll and what feels on-brand, you design fluently in Canva, and you can cut a simple reel yourself.
  • Highly organized. You run calendars, pipelines and people without dropping pieces. Deadlines hold when you own them.
  • Already working with AI. You use Claude today, including connectors and workflows. You see it as a way to carry a message further, not a way to generate one.
  • A protector of voice. You can hear the difference between Sarah and Kelly's words and a watered-down version, and you will not publish the second.
  • Data-led. You read Instagram insights fluently, spot patterns, and turn them into decisions.
  • Aligned with the mission. Restoring the Sacred Feminine on the planet matters to you personally. You would be proud to put this work in front of people you love.

This role is not for you if

  • You prefer to be told what to post rather than own the outcome.
  • You say yes to everything and rarely ask questions.
  • You report on what you did rather than what it produced.
  • You chase trends over doubling down on what works.
  • You use AI to write the message instead of to carry it.

How to apply

Send the following to [email protected]:

  • Your resume or LinkedIn, plus links to accounts you have grown, with the numbers you moved.
  • A short work sample. Listen to one public episode or post from The Living Temple, Sarah Jenks or Kelly Taveras. From it, create three hooks, one reel concept and one five-frame story sequence.
  • A 3 to 5 minute Loom. Walk us through your work sample and how you would use Claude in this workflow without losing Sarah and Kelly's voices. Tell us why this mission matters to you.

We read every application with care.
