Job Tittle: Travel (RN) Case Manager ($3,525.00/Week)

Location: Sitka ,AK

Maximum Pay: Up to $3,525.00/wk

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Shift: Evening

Duties

• Perform patient assessments and evaluate clinical needs across the lifespan.
• Handle patient triage and determine appropriate nursing interventions and priorities.
• Recognize changes in patient conditions and escalate concerns to providers when necessary.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
• Coordinate referrals, follow-up appointments, and continuity of patient services.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Alaska RN license required at the time of submission.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 1 year of Case Management experience within the last 3 years.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
