Social Media and Retail Sales Associate

Join our SUDS TEAM! SALUS has handcrafted bath and body products in Colorado since 2004. We are seeking a creative, outgoing team member to help customers discover products and scents they love, online and in our Fort Collins store.

The role is approximately 50% social media, focused on TikTok sales, and 50% retail sales and customer service. Management will coordinate content time and store coverage, with goals appropriate to your scheduled hours.

Social media and TikTok sales 50%

Create and publish TikTok videos, adapting content for Instagram and Facebook. Demonstrate products, scents, customization, gift ideas, and life behind the scenes at SALUS.

Appear on camera and host scheduled TikTok LIVE shopping sessions, answering questions and helping viewers make purchases.

Support TikTok Shop product links, tags, listings, and approved promotions. Coordinate approved creator and affiliate outreach, samples, and collaborations.

Maintain a content calendar, respond to comments and messages, and review weekly clicks, orders, and attributed sales to improve results.

Retail sales and customer experience 50%

Welcome customers and recommend products, scents, gifts, and complementary items with friendly, helpful service.

Learn products and ingredients; mix and customize eligible products as trained, and carefully wrap bath bombs, shower bombs, and soaps.

Handle purchases, cash, returns, calls, and customer concerns accurately and professionally.

Keep shelves stocked, displays attractive, and the store, testers, and work areas clean. Follow opening and closing procedures.

Assist with online and wholesale orders; communicate inventory and supply needs with management and the warehouse.

Balance customers, order preparation, and upkeep during busy periods. Share customer feedback to inspire useful content.

Schedule and holiday availability

Weekday and weekend availability between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. is required, including holidays as scheduled.

Must be available to work every weekend in November and December leading up to Christmas.

What you bring

• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a friendly, energetic approach.
• Short-video creation experience with work samples, plus confidence on camera and during live presentations.
• Business, creator, school, or personal projects are welcome.
• Basic video editing and caption-writing skills using Canva or similar apps.
• Initiative, reliability, clear communication, and attention to product quality and consistency.
• Ability to take direction and stay organized in a busy store.

Preferred

TikTok Shop, LIVE selling, affiliate collaboration, Shopify POS, or bath and body experience, especially content that helped generate sales.

Work environment and physical duties

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting or moving 25–50-pound boxes and buckets, with reasonable accommodation as needed. The store includes scented products, fragrances, and essential oils.

Pay and benefits

Base Hourly pay plus commissions on qualifying online sales generated through your social media efforts.

Pay: $17.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
