Product Designer

Our client is looking for an experienced Product Designer to lead the end to end design of an AI-powered video security platform. This role focuses on creating intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly experiences for complex workflows involving real-time video monitoring, AI-driven insights, access control, and incident management.

The ideal candidate is a systems-minded designer who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving technically complex challenges, and can take ownership of the entire design process, from initial discovery to production-ready solutions.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to build innovative digital experiences that help users make informed decisions quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full product design lifecycle, including user research, discovery, wireframing, high-fidelity UI design, interactive prototyping, and developer handoff.
• Design intuitive workflows for AI-powered video search, intelligent alerts, real-time monitoring, and incident investigation.
• Simplify complex operational processes, including multi-location monitoring, role-based access control, visitor management, and emergency response coordination.
• Develop, maintain, and scale design systems and reusable UI component libraries in Figma, ensuring consistency and accessibility across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research and engage directly with stakeholders to understand operational challenges, gather feedback, and validate design solutions.
• Partner with product management and engineering teams to balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.
• Translate complex technical requirements into polished, user-centered product experiences.
• Contribute to product strategy and continuously identify opportunities to improve usability, efficiency, and overall user experience.
• Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience designing complex B2B SaaS products, enterprise platforms, data-intensive applications, or AI-powered tools .
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, systems thinking, complex workflow design, and exceptional visual execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma , including Auto Layout, component architecture, interactive prototyping, and design system management.
• Experience translating technical requirements and complex data into intuitive, scalable user interfaces.
• Strong understanding of usability principles, information architecture, accessibility, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working directly with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Experience designing products within AI, cybersecurity, IoT, video management, or security technology . Familiarity with real-time data platforms, monitoring dashboards, and operational software. Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, React, or Tailwind CSS.

Experience designing mission-critical applications, including incident management, emergency response, or dispatch systems. Previous experience in a startup or high-growth technology environment.
