Assisted Living RN Manager

Overview

Lead compassionate, dependable care as an Assisted Living RN Manager. You’ll guide nursing staff, coordinate resident services, and help ensure care plans reflect each person’s needs, preferences, and safety.

Duties

• Manage and support care facility teams, including staff assignments, supervision, and clear managerial communication.
• Oversee patient care, medication administration, vital signs, intake, patient assessment, and medical documentation.
• Coordinate care plans, referrals, discharge planning, and communication with residents, families, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain medical records and follow nursing policies, HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), and applicable state healthcare and long-term care regulations.

Qualifications

• Required: Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing and nursing leadership, nurse management, supervising, or charge experience.
• Required: Assisted living, senior care, long-term care, nursing home, or geriatrics experience preferred, demonstrated team management and patient assessment skills.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) or electronic medical record (EMR) systems,

Pay: $93,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year
