Job description

About this role

Sage Physical Therapy is growing and looking for another pelvic health physical therapist to join the team! We provide top-notch care for people with pelvic floor and orthopedic issues to resolve their symptoms, address the root cause, get moving and keep moving. Our specialty is in pelvic health physical therapy with an orthopedic approach for all genders.

We are a small, outpatient, out-of-network practice serving patients in the Denver area and beyond. This means we're able to provide the best care because we have the time and space to actually connect with our patients. Our patients seek us out so we work with fun, motivated people.

Insurance will never dictate our care and we can spend our time and energy actually helping people.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for helping patients with their pelvic health and orthopedic needs
  • Has experience in outpatient orthopedics (2+ years preferred) and at least one level of APTA or Herman and Wallace coursework
  • Wishes to provide 1:1 care with 55-minute evaluations and treatment sessions
  • Is excited at the prospect of treating 4-8 patients per day
  • Is tired of insurance dictating their plan of care and treatment
  • Wants to provide compassionate, patient-focused, individualized care that patients deserve
  • Wishes to practice in a space that is supportive, charming, and tailored to pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapy
  • Looks to continually advance their skills and knowledge through collaborative twice-monthly clinical conversations and training for every skill level
  • Engages in a supportive team atmosphere with other clinicians passionate about pelvic health
  • BONUS: Has experience treating male pelvic health cases and/or is interested in learning how to treat this population

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation
  • 401(k) match
  • Paid time off
  • Unlimited unpaid time off
  • Paid holidays
  • Paid sick leave
  • Healthcare stipend
  • In-house mentorship program
  • Continuing education reimbursement
