Early Intervention Physical Therapist (PT) / Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

We’re looking for experienced Early Intervention PTs and PTAs to provide in-home services for children ages 0–3using a family-centered, play-based approach.

Requirements

• Licensed PT or PTA in FL
• Minimum 1 year experience with the 0–3 age group
• Pediatric or Early Intervention experience preferred
• Strong caregiver coaching and communication skills
• Reliable transportation

What You’ll Do

• Provide EI physical therapy in natural environments
• Support motor development through play-based care
• Collaborate with families and EI team members
• Complete required documentation
