Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support application development, maintenance, and enhancement initiatives across multiple enterprise web applications.

The selected candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, manage work requests, coordinate project activities, and support the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

This role will involve supporting ongoing application maintenance activities as well as larger application development initiatives. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership, communication, analytical, and requirements-gathering skills, with the ability to independently lead stakeholder meetings and coordinate between business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Independently lead requirements-gathering sessions and document business requirements, functional specifications, and project deliverables.
• Serve as a liaison between business clients, product owners, project managers, and development teams.
• Manage project tasks, timelines, and communications throughout the change management lifecycle.
• Maintain and prioritize backlogs, track sprints, and monitor work items and ticket progress using Azure DevOps.
• Prepare project status reports and resource demand projections for management.
• Ensure development teams follow established departmental change management policies and procedures.
• Maintain project documentation and updates on SharePoint sites.
• Collaborate with vendors, technical resources, and other stakeholders.
• Gather and document complex application requirements to support Request for Proposal (RFP) initiatives.
• Support application maintenance, enhancements, and new development projects.
• Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience working with complex IT web applications within the past 5 years.
• 3+ years of experience serving as a liaison between development teams and project managers or business stakeholders in software development projects.
• 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst supporting software development projects within the past 5 years.
• 3+ years of experience leading meetings, conducting training and information sessions, and delivering oral and written reports and presentations.
• At least 1 year of experience using Azure DevOps.

Highly Desired Qualifications

• 5+ years of knowledge and experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• At least 6 months of project management experience and familiarity with project management methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
• At least 6 months of experience with the Salesforce Platform.
• At least 6 months of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Pay: $63.00 - $72.00 per hour
