Position Overview
The State of Ohio ODRC is seeking a Programmer 4 (PR4) / Senior C#/.NET Developer with 7+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded senior developer with strong expertise in C#, .NET, React, Redux, Node.js, Azure Pipelines, Redis, Axios, and Microsoft SQL Server.
The developer will work independently on solution design, technical planning, application development, testing, implementation, documentation, and mentoring across multiple projects.

Education
- 4-year college degree preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, React, Redux, and Node.js.
- Perform solution design, project technical planning, analysis, and system design.
- Develop and maintain applications using Azure and Azure Pipelines.
- Work with Microsoft SQL Server, including procedures, functions, tables, and views.
- Develop and integrate APIs and JSON-based services.
- Perform system/unit testing and create test documentation.
- Create technical documentation covering application functionality and testing methods.
- Create business and functional flow diagrams.
- Recommend and implement software reusability guidelines.
- Mentor peers and lower-level staff through technical instruction and documentation.
- Support manual QA/testing activities.
- Develop simple HTML reports and perform other development tasks as directed.
- Work across multiple projects as needed.
- Use Git/GitHub for source code and document version control.
- Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies and provide recommendations for process improvement.
