Physical Therapist (Full Time)

Pagosa Physical Therapy is a small outpatient clinic in Pagosa Springs. We're looking for a licensed Physical Therapist who wants to treat patients well, have real say in how they practice, and enjoy mountain life.

What you'll do

• Evaluate and treat a varied outpatient caseload, mostly orthopedic and sports
• Build clear, goal-based plans of care and update them as patients progress
• Supervise and work alongside our PTA and support staff
• Document clearly and on time
• Build relationships with local physicians and referral sources
• Help patients feel welcome and get better

What we offer

• $45 to $55/hr, based on experience
• Monday to Thursday 8 to 5, Fridays 8 to 3. No weekends.

What you need

• DPT (or MPT) from an accredited program
• Colorado PT license (or eligible)
• CPR/BLS
• New grads welcome
