Requirements ----------------

Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty Producer License.

Three or more years of experience managing commercial insurance accounts.

Deep knowledge of commercial lines coverage, including GL, Property, Workers Compensation, and Umbrella policies.

Experience utilizing Applied Epic or a comparable agency management system.

Strong organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail.

Ability to translate complex policy language into simple, easy-to-understand terms for clients.

Experience with various carrier portals for quoting and policy servicing.

Responsibilities --------------------

Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day inquiries and policy adjustments.

Proactively review renewal terms, negotiate with carriers, and provide clients with professional recommendations.

Process endorsements, audit statements, and certificates of insurance with accuracy and efficiency.

Collaborate with our producers to identify coverage gaps and propose additional solutions that better protect our clients' businesses.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in our agency management system to ensure smooth internal workflows.

Provide prompt, empathetic support to business owners navigating claims or complex coverage questions.
