Position Overview

ROBOTICS TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking an Associate Product Manager to support the Vault CRM Suite. This position focuses on product planning, customer needs, cross-functional coordination, and helping deliver effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with product planning and feature development
• Gather and document customer and business requirements
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and business teams
• Track product priorities, timelines, and deliverables
• Review user feedback and identify improvement opportunities
• Support product documentation and presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Interest in software products and technology
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Product, project, or technology experience is a plus
