Job Description:

Client looking for a Senior/Lead UX Product Designer with strong hands-on UX design experience, research, journey mapping, information architecture, and Figma skills.

The candidate should be able to lead UX initiatives, mentor designers, collaborate with product managers and engineers, and deliver user-centered digital experiences.

Must-Have Skills:

• 8+ years of digital / software design experience OR Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
• Strong UX/UI and Product Design experience.
• Hands-on Figma expertise.
• User Research, Journey Mapping, Information Architecture.
• Human-Centered Design and usability principles.
• Experience leading or mentoring UX designers for at least 1 year.
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience delivering projects end-to-end.

Preferred Skills:

• UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related degree.
• Accessibility and usability standards.
• Product strategy and design systems.
• Experience working with product managers and engineering teams.
