Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Java Full Stack Developer with strong frontend and backend development experience. The ideal candidate should be able to contribute immediately, work independently, and leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React.js and TypeScript.
• Build backend services and REST APIs using Java Spring Boot and/or Python.
• Work with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Integrate APIs and develop data-driven applications, reporting solutions, and backend workflows.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools, skills, and connectors to improve development productivity and delivery speed.
• Use Cursor and/or Visual Studio Code for day-to-day development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to deliver solutions with minimal ramp-up time.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript.
• Strong backend development experience with Java Spring Boot and/or Python.
• Working knowledge of NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB.
• Practical experience using AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding and delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Cursor and/or VS Code.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, data handling, and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and contribute immediately with minimal supervision.

Preferred Profile

• Full Stack Developer with strong frontend and backend capabilities.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced development environments.
• Ability to leverage AI tools effectively for development, debugging, and productivity.
