Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AI Product Owner to define, prioritize, and deliver AI-powered products and solutions that address business challenges and create measurable value for customers.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, AI/ML engineers, software developers, UX designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI product features and actionable product roadmaps.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or software delivery.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and the AI product development lifecycle.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, epics, and product requirements documents.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into clear product requirements.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.

Required Skills:

• Product management: Product vision, roadmap, backlog prioritization, requirements management.
• AI knowledge: Machine learning fundamentals, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, model evaluation.
• Agile delivery: Scrum, sprint planning, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT.
• Business skills: Stakeholder management, business case development, ROI analysis, KPI definition.
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, SQL, Power BI, and cloud AI platforms.
