We are seeking a hands-on

Business Intelligence & Data Analyst

to drive data-driven decision-making across the business by developing reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions. This individual will partner with stakeholders across multiple functional areas to gather requirements, translate business needs into actionable insights, and deliver scalable reporting solutions that improve visibility, operational efficiency, and business performance.

They will serve as a bridge between business users and technology teams, translating business requirements into actionable insights and scalable BI solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain

Power BI dashboards and reports

.

• Write and optimize

SQL queries

to support reporting and data analysis.

• Build and maintain data models to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting needs.
• Drive report automation and process improvements.
• Train and support end users to encourage self-service analytics.
• Manage projects from requirements gathering through deployment and adoption.

Required Skills

• Strong

Power BI

development experience (DAX, data modeling, dashboard creation).

• Advanced

SQL

skills.

• Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, luxury, consumer products, or e-commerce environments.
• Exposure to Azure data technologies, Databricks, or data integration tools.
• Understanding of data governance, KPIs, and analytics best practices.
