**About the Role**

RLD Creative is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team of creative, passionate and occasionally sarcastic people.

We’re a small agency, which means you won’t spend six months designing one brochure. You’ll work across different clients, industries and types of projects often all in the same week. The pace can be fast, deadlines are real, and priorities occasionally have a sense of humor.

We’re looking for someone who brings strong design skills, good ideas and a willingness to jump in. You should be comfortable collaborating with other designers and creative directors, taking feedback without taking it personally, and managing multiple projects without sacrificing the quality of the work.

Most importantly, we want someone who genuinely enjoys being a designer and wants to keep getting better at it.

**What You'll Do**

• Design creative across a wide variety of clients, brands and industries.
• Work on projects ranging from branding and marketing collateral to digital campaigns, social media, presentations, social media graphics and more.
• Develop concepts and turn them into thoughtful, polished creative.
• Collaborate with our Creative Director, Design Lead and other designers from concept through final production.
• Work within established brands while also helping develop new visual directions.
• Manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines at the same time.
• Prepare accurate, production\-ready files for both print and digital applications.
• Participate in brainstorms, creative reviews and team discussions.
• Take feedback, ask questions and make the work better.
• Occasionally tackle something that wasn't technically in the job description. That's agency life.

**What We're Looking For**

• 2–3\+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• At minimum, an associate degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Arts or a related field required; bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent typography, layout, composition and overall design thinking.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Experience working in a Mac environment.
• Strong understanding of branding and the ability to consistently apply established brand standards.
• Ability to take a project from initial concept through final execution.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without losing track of the details.
• Comfortable receiving creative direction, feedback and constructive criticism.
• Curious, dependable, resourceful and willing to learn.

**Nice to Have**

• Experience with Figma.
• Digital design experience.
• Understanding of web design and how designs translate into responsive digital experiences.
• Experience with motion graphics, video, photography or other creative disciplines.
• An understanding that "quick change" doesn't always mean quick.
