Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in inter-disciplinary care conferences and contribute to the development of comprehensive care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
• Stay current with best practices and industry developments in physical therapy

Requirements:

• Clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
