Marketing Specialist

River Valley Credit Union is seeking an enthusiastic and growth-minded individual to join its team as a Marketing Specialist. This position will be responsible for:

• Assisting Executive Leadership in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Credit Union’s marketing plans.
• Creating letters, brochures, forms, and other marketing collateral in both print and digital formats.
• Creating, publishing, and managing posts on the Credit Union’s website, signage, and social media channels.
• Coordinating with vendors on advertisement placement, timelines, and content creation.
• Assisting with the planning and coordination of the Credit Union’s Annual Meeting, and other special events.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of marketing or communications experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Credit Union experience is preferred but not required.
• Technical knowledge of communication and graphical software programs utilized to create and distribute marketing content.
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with multiple product owners.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Reliability.
