Salary - $130,000 - $170,000 + Benefits + Unlimited PTO

You'll be joining a growing technology business, taking responsibility for maintaining compliance frameworks, managing governance and risk processes and supporting the company's security and regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on position focused on compliance operations, risk management, audit preparation and responding to customer security enquiries.

You'll have the opportunity to help shape the company's compliance processes, work closely with internal teams and support the development of its governance and security frameworks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving compliance operations and working within a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

*Maintain and support compliance frameworks, including ISO 27001 and SOC 2.

*Conduct risk assessments and support governance and compliance initiatives.

*Manage compliance documentation, evidence collection and audit preparation.

*Respond to customer security questionnaires and compliance enquiries.

*Utilize GRC platforms to track compliance requirements and improvements.

The Person:

*Strong experience in governance, risk management and security compliance.

*Practical knowledge of ISO 27001 and SOC 2 frameworks.

*Experience with federal compliance requirements and regulatory standards.

*Familiarity with GRC platforms, ideally Vanta.

*US Citizen.
