Position Overview

The Personal Lines Account Manager/Account Executive plays a key role in supporting our clients and strengthening long‑term relationships. This position is responsible for managing day‑to‑day service needs, ensuring policy accuracy, coordinating renewal activities, and delivering a consistent, high‑quality client experience.

This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem‑solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and care. Every interaction, whether answering a coverage question, processing a change request, or reviewing a renewal, should reflect our agency’s dedication to excellence and client trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling policy changes, billing questions, and general inquiries.
• Process requests and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding coverage and policy updates.
• Maintain thorough and organized client files within the agency management system.
• Develop and retain business through proactive service and relationship management.
• Ensure compliance with agency procedures and industry regulations.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support agency growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Personal Lines insurance experience in a customer service or account management role (preferred).
• Property & Casualty Insurance license, preferred or willing to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
