Account Executive (Founding Account Executive)

You’ll be one of our first Account Executives, selling SaferFleet to US DOT fleets of 50 to 500 trucks, starting with long-haul and regional trucking. You’ll own deals from first meeting to signature, working with safety directors, fleet and operations leaders, risk manager and CFOs. You’ll also help shape the playbook that every Account Executive after you will use.

What you'll do :

• Run a full sales cycle: prospect, run discovery, build the business case, negotiate and close
• Work a mix of re-engagement leads, inbound and your own named fleet accounts
• Sell to several stakeholders in each deal, from the safety lead to the CFO
• Keep the CRM clean and forecast accurately using a structured qualification framework
• Share what you hear from the market with product and marketing, and help improve the playbook

What you bring :

• 3–5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales with a track record of hitting quota
• Experience closing deals in the $25K to $250K range with several decision-makers
• You prospect without being told and treat activity as non-negotiable
• You take coaching from a call review and use it on your next call
• Comfort with ambiguity, building from scratch and wearing several hats
• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot and a qualification method like MEDDPICC

Nice to have

:

A background in fleet technology, telematics, trucking, logistics or EHS software.
