Senior Designer

In-office attendance in Costa Mesa, CA required Tuesday-Thursday, with the option to work-from-home Mondays and Fridays.

Summary

As a Senior Designer, you lead design projects with creativity and strategic thinking. You have a deep understanding of branding, typography, and composition, and can bring ideas to life with minimal oversight. You mentor junior designers and collaborate closely with art directors to create compelling campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process for branding, marketing, and digital projects from concept to execution.
• Develop brand identities, campaign visuals, and high-quality design assets.
• Present and articulate design ideas to internal teams and clients.
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

• 4–7 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or marketing.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and emerging design tools.
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate strategy into design.
• Experience in branding, typography, and digital design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
