We are hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist in Michigan City, Indiana.

Practice Physical Therapy With One Full Hour Per Patient

You will have the time to evaluate thoroughly, treat intentionally, and adjust your plan based on how each patient is progressing.

Your one-on-one appointments allow you to:

  • Complete thorough Physical Therapy evaluations
  • Develop individualized plans of care
  • Provide hands-on treatment when appropriate

What You Will Do

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

  • Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations
  • Assess movement, strength, mobility, balance, pain, and functional limitations
  • Develop individualized, evidence-informed plans of care
  • Establish clear and measurable treatment goals
  • Provide skilled Physical Therapy across orthopedic, post-operative, sports, neurologic, vestibular, and balance conditions
  • Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, patient education, and other appropriate interventions
  • Progress treatment based on objective findings and patient response
  • Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, home exercise programs, wellness, and injury prevention
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
  • Monitor patient progress throughout the plan of care
  • Communicate recommendations with referring providers when appropriate
  • Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
  • Supervise and appropriately delegate to Physical Therapist Assistants and rehabilitation technicians
  • Maintain appropriate productivity while delivering individualized care
  • Create a positive and encouraging patient experience

What We Are Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent Physical Therapy education
  • Current Indiana Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Indiana licensure
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to individualized, patient-centered care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative and self-motivated approach

  • Interest in developing orthopedic manual therapy and exercise progression skills

Experience or interest in manual therapy, dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, sports medicine, or specialty certification is valuable but not required.
