This role provides technical guidance on customs procedures, import regulations, applicable sanctions requirements, and company compliance policies. The selected candidate will support business units on import transactions, customs broker oversight, tariff impacts, and compliance procedures while working closely with compliance analysts, trade counsel, and local in-country counsel.
Responsibilities include guidance on Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification, customs valuation, Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), duty drawback, temporary imports, country of origin, and marking and labeling requirements.
